Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed during vendor events may require an additional business day for processing due to increased order volume.

Shipping Method

We currently ship using USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

After your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery times are determined by the carrier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Cuddle Bug Custom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you and USPS to help resolve the issue.
